Parish of Cavalaire

The Parish spreads across half the Bay of Cavalaire, constructions are staged on the slopes of Les Maures hills, amidst important vegetation.

Some parcels of land are available in some allotments. Surfaces vary from 1.000 sq/m to 2.500 sq/m with a price of 1000 € for 1 sq/m. Those prices can vary according to the sector and the quality of the place: Southern/ South-Westerly exposition, or with a Cap Lardier and islands view.

The most required sector is at the east of the city, between Cavalaire and La Croix Valmer.
As for of the properties, the prices vary according to the same criteria, and according to the quality of the construction and superficies. The prices range from 460.000 € to 2.000.000 €

The new products from promoters such as flat, villas key in hand, are negotiated on a price ranging from 4 to 5.000 € sq/m. For resale’s, the prices vary between 3.000 to 5.000 € the sq/m, on the same criteria as above.

Commune with a microclimate, protected from the Mistral wind, very sunny all the year round.
