SAINT TROPEZ peninsula

This parish spread westward from St-Tropez Gulf to La Croix Valmer. Its medieval village is classified as one of the most beautiful French village. It is camped on top of a hill, which dominates the entire peninsula, the Maures forest, and the Alps. Vineyards and woodlands alternate on the undulating foothills of the dominating village.

In the Sinopolis district, a lot of renovations are available. The houses there, are relatively ancient. Prices vary between 390 000 and 770 000 € (2,5 to 5 millions francs) for those houses to renovate and more for newer stocks. All the prices are negotiable and depend on the house exposition, the quality of the view and the house itself.

The Barberie district is most suited for a principal habitation standing on plot of land of 2 500 sq/m minimum (the building coefficient varying between 0,08 and 0,10).

Properties situated on the Domaine Saint Martin and Domaine des Chênes as well as other isolated properties are negotiated between 600 000 and 3 000 000 € according to the superficies, the land and the quality of the building work.
