Parish of Ramatuelle

The heart of St Tropez peninsula.

Ramatuelle, land of Provence and Pays des Maures, authentic, alive, brings alongside its marvellous seaside, such as the Pampelonne beach which stretches over three miles with its fine sand, its secluded coves, its crystal clear sea which can be discovered from the coastal paths, the hilly landscape, the vineyards laying at the foot of the perched sarrazin village.

All the plots of land with a sea view (bay of Pampelonne) are very much in demand and are rare, the building coefficient overland superficies stands as low as 0,08 with a maximum of 500 sq/m.

One hectare of land with a sea view is negociated between 1.000 and 5.000 € per sq/m depending on the area. The most locked for spots are Tahiti, La Capilla, Le Pinet, La Quessine, L’Oumede.

A building land, with no sea view, in the district of l’Oumede which is very much in demand, fetches a similar price.

All the Tahiti area is also very much in demand, being part of a domain (Domaine de la Capilla, Domaine de Tahiti) or not.

For instance, a 3 hectares property with a of 400 sq/m house fetches a price ranging from 2.000.000 to 4.000.000 € according to the locality and the viewpoint.

We can find some properties to be renovated in these sectors, with lower prices, around 30 % lower than then those precedently mentioned.

In the l’Escalet district, some building land can be found at prices ranging between 1.000 and 5.000 € per sq/m, this is according to the location and the view. We can also find houses at prices ranging between 700.000 and 1.000.000 €.
