Parish of St Tropez

The market is for house renovation, prices vary according to the location, the viewpoint and the house surface. Privileged sectors such as les Parcs de St Tropez, les Parcs de La Moutte, Le Capon area, Les Salins, Les Canoubiers, and all the area of Le Château de La Messardièr and of Saint-Anne, accounts for prices ranging between 4 000 000 and 8 000 000 €.

The square meter of building land, if found, will go to the highest offer, the latter reaching 5 000 € or more. Plots of land allowing to build a large house (500 sq/m) are very few, this is partly due to the “Loi du Littoral”.

Example of price : 12.000 sq/m of building land with a 250 sq/m house, and a sea view giving over Les Canoubiers, fetches 1 167 143 €.

Another example : A 120 sq/m house to renovated on a 1000 sq/m plot, situated in the Saint Anne district, allowing a small sea view has been negociated at 700 000 € (a 30 years old house).
In the village itself, some flats to be renovated are available at an average price of 6 000 € per sq/m, according to the area.
